In reply to Rick K. We just adopted a previous Shepsky female puppy. She is the sweetest and smartest puppy and also has one blue and one black eye! Good luck with all of yours.

My Wife and I have a male full blooded GSD and a female full blooded Husky. Last year we were not watching and they got “together”.
In last November 2020 our husky delivered 6 beautiful Shepsky pups.
Because I am an irrational dog lover we kept two. Visually they are almost identical, the only real difference I. The two is the male pup we kept has one blue eye one brown.
Personality wise, they could not be more different other than their energy level. The male’s personality is all Husky like his mom, the female’s personality is all GSD like her dad.
We gave the other 4 pups away to family and friends as we are not breeders and only wanted them going to good loving homes.
We have decided that in a year from now we are going to let the GSD and Husky mate one more time then she is getting fixed.
They made such awesome pups and even more fiends have requested them if we had another litter.
I cannot tell you how awesome these pups are.
Yes – they are gonna shed, A LOT.
Yes – they are high energy.
Yes – they think your food is theirs (teach those manners early)
And yes – they are very affectionate.
Can’t imagine not having them now.

We have the sweetest Shepskies. They joined our family at the beginning im the shut downs. We had to say good bye to our precious Beagle on March 21st. March 30th we decided we needed a new furbaby.

All typical shelters were shut down, but we found our girls on Craigslist. They will be 1 in a few weeks and we could not imagine our lives without them being in our family.

We got two. They get a big free style run everyday. I affw tionately call them the glorious goat pugs because they would eat everything and they love to wallow in mud.

They are about 70lbs each. One is in my lap right now. <3

In reply to Trish. We just lost our loving shepherd/husky mix with the prettiest blue eyes. Her name was Loretta. We would love to get another 1 to give it a wonderful loving home. I've worked for the same vet for almost 30 years.

My son brought Ruby home at 7 weeks. She is now 7 months old. She is so sweet. She does shed a lot. Very active and playful. Does not wonder off. She has beautiful blue eyes and loves to cuddle. Sits next to you on couch like a human and sleeps on her back. I love her but work full time. My husband doesn’t have patience with her. He has a little yorkie and doesn’t want to bother with her unfortunately. My son started college full time and is also working so his time is limited. Can you tell the site to post her on only people that do not want to sell her please but take good care of her. Thank you. If it was my choice I would definitely keep her but like I said, my husband does not have patience and he is also aged.
