what I learned from Cesar Milan caused my dogs to be reactive and aggressive. I don’t agree with the dominate approach after that experience. I work with reinforcements more than corrections. My corrections are about clarity, not domination.

They have bonded with each other and ignore anything I say. I have tried training them individually but am having a time with them focusing . Cause all they want to do is be with the other one. Any suggestions would be helpful. Is this a lost cause. I have done bell potty training and they were getting the hang of it then just started peeing in the house again. They use to come every time I said but now if I take them out together they run off . I live on a ranch and have trained lots of dogs but these have me pulling my hair out.

My sister just told me she’s looking into adopting a puppy for her family as a surprise for the holidays this year. Sorry but i have to argue that Cesar Milan training has worked for all 4 of my dogs. methods are simple if done correctly. Its the owner who is really getting the training.

Join a local puppy training class that only uses positive methods of training. Look out for Gwen Bailey’s Puppy School on line. Stay away from tv trainers such as Cesar Milan. Good luck and enjoy training your pup.
