Do you have any suggestions for a dog jumping on you when you sit down?

If I pick up a toy or towel he immediately starts jumping up to take it off me. If I throw his ball in the garden he will fetch it and then runs with it in his mouth brings it back but runs full pelt into me and jumps up.

I now have a problem with both my dogs whilst looking through the patio windows into the lage garden. Everything is fine until another animal comes into view, I have foxes who live in the top part, when outside the dogs cannot get through the fence to them but can see them if they’re out. We also have several neighbourhood cats who frequently cross the garden, two squirrels who regularly run along the fence and pigeons who sit on the lawn not far from the doors. As soon as either dog sees any of the above they start barking, the other one then joins in but my Dogue de Bordeaux then throws himself at the glass trying to get out. Closing the curtains has no effect, he just pushes them apart. The excitement this causes can result in fights between the two (the other dog is a labrador and whilst she doesn’t jump at the window she will instigate a fight in excitement by attacking my other dog). I have tried calmly distracting them with treats and then rewarding them with mild praise if they leave the window – the greedy lab will more often than not come away, sit and have a treat, the dogue de bordeaux however is so focused on whats in the garden (and not being very treat/food oriented) will just continue to throw himself at the glass until the source of attention disappears. When they play together in the garden they will bark at another animal and give chase as soon as the animal disappears they settle and carry on as if nothings happened. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First thing it is hard to get her to concentrate on this
