In reply to Tamara. We on a 7month old parti female. She’s awesome. She does have a tendency to bark but we’re making great strides to calm her down from bark. Our girth is very did driven, so we take her for walks often in a local park. Start by walking with a large distance from people, giving treats as often as needed to distract her from barking. We slowly get closer to people, giving treats all the time. As you progress you’ll be able to pass by people without a bark. When then began doing the same with dogs. First at a distance, then closer. It’s working. Next we will try little kids and strollers. Hope this helps you.

In reply to Kelly D. I have a liver and white Parti female. She is 15 weeks and adorable, same characteristics as yours. She doesn’t bark much at all very energetic and very comical as well. She is a smuggler and a kisser. She has beautiful, blue eyes. I didn’t even know Parti schnauzers existed, I love her

I have a liver and white parti male. He’s three now. I guess we lucked out. He’s not very vocal like others mention. Very energetic and pretty comical. He snuggles and is always where the people are. He does have a prey drive for mice and birds.

We have 2, 8-month-old black and liver parti, Oliver and Bear. They are so intelligent. Oliver is 19 lbs and Bear is 16 lbs, both from the same litter. We had them potty trained within 2 weeks after they were able to come home at 8 weeks. This has been the best experience and have absolutely no regrets. Love these boys!

I have a parti brown mini schnauzer who is almost a year old (10 months). She brings joy to my family and her sister who’s a salt and pepper schnauzer and her cousin who is a Yorker as well as any other dog she comes in contact with. She’s feisty and loves to play and cause mischief. However she tends to bark a lot. I think more than usual for a puppy. Anyone have any training methods to possibly get that trait under control?? Other than that she is the love of my life and wouldn’t trade her for anything.

We have a one year old parti-Miniature Schnauzer from an incredible breeder in NC. His name is Gus and is parti-black. He is adorable–on the smaller side (11 lbs) but makes up for it with a lot of energy. He is smart, stubborn, and sweet. Classic mini.

I found a parti miniature on the side of the road. She just had surgery on Mondays to remove mammary tumors. She also had heart worms and mange. She is about 5 year’s old.
