Some cool names here. Please don’t encourage people to try having wolf dogs for pets.

They have very different needs to dogs and are not domesticated animals. They need a social pack to be part. (The lone wolf image is fiction…a lone wolf is a dead wolf)

It’s also illegal to own them as pets and if they end up in the hands of a shelter, they have no choice but to euthanize them.

A German Shepard or husky are the closest alternatives and are true pets.

It would be fantastic if you can update your post to educate people not try to buy them. Many are bred and used for horrific purpose (fur farms, attractions for tourists). Most bought as pets usually end up being put down if they can’t get them to a sanctuary in time.

I’m a writer and several of my characters are wolves. For some other wolf names you could try naming them after trees, such as Maple, Willow, Oak, Pine, and Birch. I had a lot of fun with these sorts of names when I wrote about a wolf pack that live in trees!
