I have a six month old white boxer. We had her since 8 weeks. She’s amazing only messed in the house a handful of times. Great with kids, learned to sit and stay at the top of the outdoor stairs until called in within about 3 weeks.
I live in upstate NY. She loves to play but the cold scares me. She’s almost bald in her pits.(the front and leg) She has a vest but hates it. Her paws get cold too.
It’s starting to snow.
Any advice?

The white boxer belonging to my friend developed cancer fairly young. He had to be euthanized at the age of 4.

We have a 7 month old male white boxer and we have been a little stressed out to say the least. Potty training him has been a pain. He just goes wherever he wants and whenever he wants. We will take him outside and he will go. We keep him out until he pees and poops. Bring him back in and he will go in the house again. I have had a female boxer in the past and she was amazing. So smart, crate trained quickly, and I trained her to use a bell on the door when she needed to go out. I have tried that with our new dog but he wants no part in it. He pees and poops all in his crate and doesn’t seem to care, when most dogs won’t pee or poop where they lay. Any help and advice would be helpful. I know he’s 7 months but we are not used to it taking this long to potty train. Help!

I have a white boxer that was 8-10 when adopted that was about 4 years ago. She is the sweetest most loving dog I have ever had. Recently she has developed balance issues and neurological deficits. My vet thinks she has a brain tumor. She belonged to my son initially who passed away. She has helped me so much. I don’t know how I will manage without my “Snow-boots”

In reply to S Corbin. Not to worry, please. Dogs INDEED live with us in eternity, & you WILL be with her again. NOT wishful thinking.....there are SO MANY accounts of people seeing them once or twice after they leave here & they are seen in so many Near Death Experiences too, etc. She will NOT be away from you forever. What a sweet name, btw.

I have a 3yr old all white boxer. He is deaf and has 1 eye that is half blue. He is the best service dog I have ever had he trained quickly and knows sign language. He helps me with my ptsd as I am former military I would not be able to leave my house or function without him I’m glad he chose me from his liter mates we need each other everyday
